Logging In

How do I login?

First, you must have JOINED Bidnapper. If you have already joined, simply enter your Bidnapper username and password in the LOGIN fields in the upper right corner of the site.
Be sure you are not already logged in. If you are already logged in, the LOGIN fields will be missing from the home page. Just click the AUCTIONS menu on the left sidebar to be taken to your list of pending auctions. Your login is transmitted on a secure connection and posts to a secure page.

Forgot Login

The FORGOT LOGIN feature is in the upper right corner of the site and is there in case you ever need your Bidnapper account login sent to you. Use the dropdown arrow next to the Log In button to see it. You will be prompted to enter your email address. It must match the email address on your account. This is one of the functions which makes it important for you to verify your email address is working and our messages are getting through to you. We do not send out bidding account logins. They are available by going to MY ACCOUNT>MANAGE LOGINS once you have logged into your account.

Remember Me

Check the REMEMBER ME box to remain logged in even after you close your browser. If you log out, you will have to log back in. We suggest you just close the window or tab on your browser or go to another site on the browser window to remain logged in. Using REMEMBER ME when you use SNAPPER makes it convenient to add bids for sniping without having to log into your account each time.

How do I change my login?

To change your Bidnapper login, go to MY ACCOUNT>MANAGE LOGINS.
