I am an eBay Gold Powerseller who also buys a lot of stock on eBay to resell on eBay. I used AuctionSniper in the past, but they doubled their maximum per-item charge. I was able to win identical items at the lowest posible price when the seller listed duplicate items at the same time. Bidnapper totally aviods the psychological factor of bidding wars. I just figure out what I am willing to pay, and this bid sniper ensures my bid is submitted at the perfect time. That means I don't lose an item I really want, and I don't get in a war over price and pay more than I wanted.

What a fantastic sniping service! It's worth every penny, and then some. After two years of service, I have not a single complaint. Of course, the sniping is valuable, but I especially like being able to change my mind on a bid without resorting to "retract my bid." Also, "shadowing" is amusing, and helpful in locating collector items my searches may not have been properly worded for. "Archive" keeps a better record than eBay's. Keep up the good work!

I ask God to bless all of you for taking ALL of the agonizing stress out of bidding. Before Bidnapper, it was unbelievably miserable on the important large items. I was often up all night trying to be my own auction sniper.....I will never forget that exhaustion and the nervousness. I think you're adding years to my life! If that kept up, how long I could have lasted, with all the bidding I do, I just don't know. Bidnapper is the very best thing that ever happened to me online. eBay is second. I want to be sure to mention that a big part of the reason for it is due to the wonderful folks at Bidnapper who give kind and extensive support always. I've never had a problem that wasn't worked out because of your willingness to handle it. I've never had an unanswered email question or reply, which by the way has always been so very fast. I guess you can tell that you have won my heart, as well as my business. I wonder if eBay will buy Bidnapper, like they bought Paypal. That was ok, cuz you get no real support or help from either of them anyway. I sure hope eBay won't buy Bidnapper tho, because all that exemplary personal support will go out the window. There were 26 seconds left in the auction. I was using a Bidnapper trial snipe, and I wasn't sure that it was going to work because I had never tried it. I was bidding on a guitar. It sells retail for about $300. This bidding was only at $130 something. I needed to have THIS guitar. I was going to try and bid manually just to make sure that I won. And then, with 26 seconds left, my browser shut down. It was all up to Bidnapper to get this guitar for me. By the time I opened my browser, the auction was over, I had won. Wow! I got sniped yesterday for an item that I REALLY wanted it. My dialup connection just couldn't compete with a snipe in the last 3 seconds of the auction! So I went straight to Google and researched ALL the available sniping services available. I printed out all the information and compared and contrasted all the services in terms of ease of use, software to install, price to use the service, method of charging fees, and carefully matching all the pros and cons for every service out there. I've worked as a project manager, so everything gets researched thoroughly when I'm looking for the best service! Looking carefully at EVERY service I could find, I concluded that Bidnapper was the BEST available service on offer by a long shot! No software to install, so easy to use it's child's play, etc. Well, to cut a long story short, last night I went to bed early on an eBay night for the first time in months! Living in Australia has seen me up at all hours trying to compete with bidders in the northern hemisphere. And all I can say is, 'WOW!' When I woke up this morning, I saw that I'd won my item while I'd been peacefully sleeping - without pushing up the price and without sitting in front of the computer with a stopwatch until the pre-dawn hours! I've finally found the answer to all those sleepless nights & the stress involved with sitting out the last few seconds of an auction on a dialup connection! I can even place higher bids than I might on eBay because (a) I know that other bidders only have a few seconds in which to drive the price up and (b) I can always change my mind with Bidnapper (which I can't on eBay)!
