I'm a believer! I'd never tried a bidding service before, but an auction was coming up that was very important to me, so I signed up for the 10-day free trial. As the hours and minutes ticked down, it was really hard to keep from bidding manually to cover the high bid, knowing that if Bidnapper didn't come through I would lose this item I'd been searching for for over two years. I needn't have worried -- Bidnapper placed my bid with 4 seconds to go, and the thing was mine. You folks are running a wonderful service.

I'm one of those folks who was really "on top of it" when bidding for an item ....up in the middle of the night, doing my research, etc. But somehow I lost out. Darn, I was pissed!! I was going to go with another "snipe tool", but found it impossible to get to their page and use their tool??!!
