Thanks for the amazingly quick and thorough reply. Panic stricken, I nevertheless resisted temptation to bid directly myself on eBay for the mentioned item. I need not have worried. Bidnapper whipped in with seconds to spare and it was mine - BRILLIANT - and at far less than I would have guessed would be necessary to succeed with the nerve wracking, time consuming and often unsuccessful final seconds bid stategy my son taught me and way below my maximum bid. Repeated the exercise on something I did not much care about and went out shopping. Same again. TOTALLY BRILLIANT. Bidnapper is an excellent tool. I am sold. Many thanks!

All I do is figure out the highest bid I can live with for the item, and set it. If I don't get it fine, because I'm not actively bidding. I don't get sucked in to bidding too much. I will say, most often I have won bids in the last seconds and that has left me with cash in my pocket. Other bidders are unable to respond in time. This way, no one can bid me up, or get me to pay more than I want. Oh yeah, it's so nice to have that bid in the wings when I'm nowhere near a computer. Just ordered 25 more snipes. Thanks for doing your job so well.

I bid manually on a two sets of Nike Slingshot irons witin 15 seconds of closing and still lost. It was time to make a change. I discovered Bidnapper, entered my auction number, and my max price. Not only did I win, but I won them for $35 less than my maximum bid!! It's probably better that I lost the previous two, because I would've ended up spending about $25 more.
While Bidnapper doesn't win every auction for me, I have always been able to use it to buy the things I want in the price range I'm looking for. If you guys wouldn't get sued, you should change your motto to "Bidnapper, don't bid on eBay without it." Keep up the good work!

I LOVE this service!!!!! You guys are AWESOME!!!! My days of stressing out over missed auctions are over. I've tried other so called sniping services and they're all one big hassle compared to you. The only question I have is are you guys actively keeping up with the constant changes eBay goes through? The other services I've tried ALWAYS had problems in this area. On many occasions, an item I thought I was going to win ended up falling through because their software suddenly had problems interfacing with the eBay changes recently implemented. I hope this headache has been discussed among the braintrust of this fine operation. Keep up the outstanding job fellas!

I was skeptical @ first, but to see my bid placed exactly 5 seconds before the auction closed....was awesome!!!!! Wow! I signed up today and sniped my first 2 auctions, and they were sniped within a few seconds of the close of the auction. One of the auctions had 2 other users bidding against each other in the last few minutes, and then I came in with my Bidnapper snipe and got it! I'm so impressed, and I spent less than I expected to win that auction. THANK YOU! P.S. I have a snipe waiting now for a big ticket item that another user has continued to outbid other users, including me. I expect to win this auction with Bidnapper's awesome sniping system!

I just signed up for Bidnapper, and what a system you have! I usually hang around trying to "snipe" manually. Your computer generated bids are far more timely. I had to be away from the computer for business at pecidely 10:23:32. In reviewing the bid history, someone was manually bidding against me and there was only a few seconds between the bids. Well .... I won! I acutally could have taken a nap and stil enjoyed the results. I will mention Bidnpper to my friends, and thanks for a service that makes a BIG difference.
It was always so easy to miss an auction ending time. Then there were those that closed in the middle of the night, or the tight auctions where I really wanted the item, tried to bid in the last seconds, and just missed getting my bid in. NO MORE, thanks to Bidnapper! Thank you!!

I came across your program\service a couple of hours ago and thought I'd give it a try........For the first time IT WAS ME kicking butt in the last few seconds! As usual, someone jumped in with less than a minute to go (and still managed to get in two quick bids!) but I trumped him with just 4 seconds to go... Ha, Ha - what joy! What a service!! I am not one to normally write in on products/services, but this time I had to make an exception. Having tried some of your competitors I can't believe how superior Bidnapper is!!! I took the trial option without expecting too much, but WOW! was I surprised. Just in the trial period, I made more successful bids than in 2 months with other "services" (non-services would be a better). I have now signed up for a year, and trashed the other products. We just opened a new eBay account and decided to transfer our Bidnapper account across to it. We were really impressed by the way your programmers made it so easy. We just keyed in the new details and didn't even have to resubmit the pending snipes to work under the new eBay ID. So much better programmed than one of your major rivals with whom we were before. They always had programming bugs and excuses. Bidnapper is definately the way to go. You don't need any excuses for anything. Fantastic software indeed!

I was using stand-alone sniping software on my PC before I discovered Bidnapper. It sucked. One day it just stopped working/bidding and my emails to support went completely unanswered. So I started looking for another auction sniping application and I discovered Bidnapper. Unlike my old sniping software, I have won every auction in which my max bid price was higher than the item price. Several times I was suprised that Bidnapper was able to win the auction with a better price than I had thought possible! Plus the very handy contingency feature was not part of the sniping software I was using or several of the sniping services I looked at. Bidnapper just won another auction for me. I happened to be watching the auction and within a couple of seconds from the end, Bidnapper beat the high bidder by $1 to win the item I was bidding on. Amazing! I'm sure you get a lot of people sending you their auction problems. I wanted to let you know I believe Bidnapper is, without question, the best sniping app out there!
