Bidnapper Features

Email alerts: Keeps you up-to-date.

Bidnapper, the eBay auction sniper, has bid on eBay over a million times. In that time, we have seen one eBay bidding strategy succeed constantly. Our best advice to eBay snipers is to bid your absolute maximum amount, then let Bidnapper's sniper program and the eBay proxy system do their jobs. Bidnapper will snipe eBay by delivering your bid at the last moment so other bidders can't respond, and the eBay proxy system will raise your snipe bid to the necessary level to make you the winner. But you need to bid enough. With the proxy system you can bid on eBay, win and not spend your maximum. Bid enough so you can say to yourself if you don't win, "The winner paid too much." Place your eBay bid with Bidnapper, then relax and forget it.

Sometimes, however, during the course of an auction you really want to win, the bidding on eBay will escalate, and you may want to re-evaluate your maximum bid and adjust your auction snipe. Bidnapper helps you track your bids and alerts you when your sniper bid has been exceeded. Bidnapper's software does this two ways.

Bidnapper's software checks each bid in the sniper program periodically as the eBay auction progresses. If Bidnapper sees that your auction snipe has been exceeded, an email alert is sent to the address Bidnapper has for you. The email tells you what the current eBay bid is, and what your sniper bid is. The email also contains a link to Bidnapper where you may login and edit your bid. If you want to successfully snipe eBay, you will need to adjust your auction snipe. All changes to your bid must be made no later than six minutes before the end of the auction.

In some cases, your bid will still be greater than the current high bid, but your bid will be less than one eBay bidding increment above the current high bid. Your sniper bid would not win the auction in this case, and Bidnapper would send you an alert. The eBay bidding increments increase as the bidding goes higher.

Bidnapper's email alert system is a selectable option you can turn on or off. The default is to have this function of the bidding software turned on. While we have found most eBay snipers enjoy this service, we understand that not everyone wants to receive emails from us. To deselect this feature, log into your Bidnapper account and go to your "My Account" page where you will find a check box to turn this off.

When you log into your Bidnapper account, any of your eBay snipes that have been exceeded will appear in red. If you would like to check your bids more frequently than Bidnapper bidding software does it automatically, log into your Bidnapper account and go to your pending auctions page. Click the "Update Current Prices" link on top of the listing. Any auction listing highlighted in red indicates your eBay auction snipe has been exceeded. If you want to snipe eBay, you will need to adjust your sniper bid. Click the "Update Current Prices" link at any time you are logged into Bidnapper to be sure your eBay snipe has not been exceeded.

When you snipe eBay, it is nice to know Bidnapper is there watching over your auction snipes. Bidding on eBay isn't as simple as it used to be. You owe it to yourself to have an eBay auction sniper working for you. And Bidnapper, the Internet's Most Wanted eBay auction sniper is the best way to manage your eBay bidding.
